PAYMENT POLICY
Thank you for choosing the University of Florida Speech and Hearing Clinic for services that address your communication disorder. We are very proud of the services that we provide and appreciate any feedback you can give us that will help us to continue to improve our services.
For a complete list of fees, please see the fee schedule. Evaluations should be paid for at the time of service. Therapy sessions are billed individually at an hourly rate. You may pay for therapy services by the session or on a monthly basis. We accept cash, check (with appropriate identification), and Visa or MasterCard.
Since we have limited staff resources, we are unable to verify insurance coverage or file insurance claims. We will be happy to assist you with paperwork in order for your insurance company to reimburse you directly.
